What this is
The Daily Differential is a free emergency-medicine broadsheet with a fresh front page every morning. Each edition is built around a handful of high-yield EM topics — the kind of material you want fresh in your mind before a shift — and is meant to be read in a few minutes over coffee. Part study tool, part daily habit: a way to keep board-relevant and bedside-relevant knowledge in rotation.
What you’ll find inside
Every issue leads with a clinical case and works through the differential, the classic presentation, a board-style question, and how you’d actually present that patient to an attending. Around it sit rotating reference features: a drug card, an ECG of the day, a clinical pearl, and a short “recent literature” pick with a plain-language bottom line. Editions can be listened to as well as read, and the full archive is searchable by clinical condition or chief complaint.
How it’s made
Each morning the paper assembles itself. An AI study partner drafts the clinical brief from a structured EM curriculum, then draws on trusted open-access EM education sources (FOAMed) and the published literature. The reference features follow one simple rule — a drug or ECG card doesn’t appear unless it links to a real, citable source — and every issue is dated and stamped so you can see exactly when it was built.
